The Lilly Pulitzer boutique at our Belk store is fantastic. I swear there is more merchandise there than in most signature stores! And, the sales occur much more often and for a greater savings. I was at Belk today and was delighted to find that some of my favorite fall/winter items were marked down. I didn't buy anything today (the extra red dot savings was only 25%, I wait until it's an extra 50% off the lowest price), but started to identify items that I will purchase in the future. At the top of my list is an adorable argyle vest. I've been admiring this vest since it arrived last fall. It's marked down to $94, but I'm hoping that I can end up getting it for around $40. I anticipate the big sale happening next weekend for President's Day, so I may be wearing it soon. I also tried on and almost bought a cute sundress. It's already marked 75% off. But, I don't need another sundress, so I'm waiting for the additional discount to bring down the price even more. Then there are these cute navy/cream print pants....well I could go on and on.
Also, Belk is offering Lacoste short sleeve polo shirts for $49.99 (normally $75). Also, the Lascoste hoodie sweatshirts were down to $63 and long sleeve polos were down to around $40.
If your at Belk and have kiddos, don't forget to check out the Ralph Lauren holiday line. They're practically giving it away! Sweaters for $10, polos for $8! I don't know how they can stay in business!
